This month Angus and I took a trip to California to celebrate our marriage
our baby
and ourselves


The photos to follow are from Los Angeles, Carmel Valley, Big Sur and San Diego. We had time in between our celebrations to visit friends and family and explore parts of California we had never seen. We had an exactly perfect vacation, complete with the feeling of being thankful to be home.

Baby shower

A big, HUGE thank you to everyone who participated in our little baby shower, we had such a great time. A lot of packages have been delayed due to the blizzards up here (yes, you read that right, BLIZZARDS, and not the kind from Dairy Queen) so there will be a few more baby shower posts to come.

Birthday Season

Just before Thanksgiving we celebrated the back to back birthday extravaganzas of Izzi

I'd say it was a very successful Halloween indeed.

Fall - finally!

Here we are slowly slipping into winter and I'm just getting around to posting some pictures of the unbelievable fall colors. It truly is a different experience all together here in the Northeast.

Sister

Last week Marleigh was here to visit. I can't tell you how wonderful it was to have her here. To wake up in the morning and make her breakfast (then eat it with her, of course), to hear her voice calling goodnight from down the hall, to laugh and be the silly sisters we are. I loved every moment of it. Here are a few captured ones.
