One year

Last Friday my love and I celebrated one year of wedded bliss.

There were flowers
and blue skies

There was sunshine
and hiking

There was good food to be eaten
(even spoils from the garden!)
and bubbly champagne to be drunk
There was swinging
and laughter
and a spin around the merry-go-round.

There was a little one nearby to celebrate with us
and an even little-er one to watch
as we spent the day in love, love, love.
